Privacy & Data Handling
Onsite records interview sessions so an interviewer can review how a candidate worked, not just what they submitted. This page explains what that means in practice.
What We Collect
While a session is active, we capture:
- Live video of the shared browser tab, not the desktop or other windows.
- Every prompt sent to the coding agent and every response it gives.
- Workspace file contents and edits, including terminal input and output.
- Test runs and their results.
- The candidate name and email supplied when the interview is scheduled.
Why We Collect It
The recording lets the interviewer replay how a candidate directed the agent, verified its output, and made decisions. It is used to evaluate that interview.
How Long We Keep It
Session data is retained for up to 180 days after the interview ends, then automatically and permanently deleted. An interviewer can also delete an interview earlier.
Deletion
An interviewer can delete an interview from the candidate profile at any time. It disappears from every view immediately, and the underlying recording, code, and chat history are permanently erased within 30 days. To request deletion sooner, contact the person who sent the interview invitation.
